So, it may be said there is nothing new in the Universe. I agree. What we humans tend to think of as cutting edge when it comes to technology, is simply nothing more than baby toys when compared to the technology used by the others who live in this galaxy along with us. Do we really think we are the ultimate life around? When they want us to see them, they will probably surprise us by showing themselves right here on this planet. But that discussion will keep for another time. I am more interested in trying to put out examples of exercises that are simple to follow, and can be done by pretty much anyone to build up their energy fields. Just to start with.
