Balancing the LIght and the Dark, it's all about patterns of frequency.
A lot of people who are doing energy work right now are experiencing episodes of light headedness and fatigue. Off again, on again, fine for a while, but then it creeps back up. In our busy fast paced world, some of these symptoms may be caused by stress, and over doing. We all need just that slow boring down time, without any real major things achieved, including trying to be perfect. Trying to be perfect as pertaining to energy work is often viewed as always being positive, in the light, and I say good luck to you on that. If that is how you think you must be. Glossing over, rushing by all the unpleasant aspects of our life here on this planet will only get you into trouble in the long run.
