Anchoring your part of the frequency grid
I want to start out here with some little bit of insight.
As a person who is a practioner of Magick, not stage magic, but the real thing.
No hocus pocus, just directing energy in manifesting an intent.
It can be as simple or as complicated as you like, but if you truly have no faith in the
Universe that it will come to pass, then most likely it won't.
The same with being a Reiki channel. If you have no real faith that you are the
vessel that the Universal Energy flows through, you close yourself off. But if you open your
heart, be still and hear the music of the planets and stars and all that is, it will flow like cool water, from you to where ever it will do the most good.
So pick a spot, and it can be indoors, outdoors, but to be able to really make it a place you can come back to and keep it frequencied up, use the same spot. You don't have to bend over and put your hands down unless you want to.
All you need to have done is enough emotional clearing,(homework!) to feel like you are lighter in spirit. Then you need to open your Heart and have Faith.
Faith is interesting. Some people need to have a solidified person, or object to help them remember their faith. Believe me, no one religion has any patent on faith.
But if it helps you to keep faith, you can use some symbol, some object, or prayer or so on. The Field of Existence gives us what we need, so if you have found it helpful so far, okay.
As long as your intent is clear, not cluttered with things like"I hope that all people of the Earth find Jesus" Or "I want to be rich in a faster higher frequency!". You have to go bigger and above all of the petty things we humans find to slap others over the head with. I am not
badmouthing any religion here, but believe me, Jesus, Buddha, Mohammed, Kwan Yin, White
Buffalo Woman, Brigit, etc, were so above all of the petty things that we have created for ourselves to trip over, you would have a hard time recognizing their true selves. Those of the Golden light.
Anchoring the grid requires that you simply open up, and hear the Universe singing to you in never ending Love, and let your Heart vibrate that Love right back. The area around you will be filled with Light, the light of all the suns and stars that ever have been, are burning now and will burn in the future.
Think of all of the Earth, all living things, all inanimate things, rocks, water, dirt,
everything vibrating in this frequency, join in the song. The Earth is getting herself ready to
vibrate this song back to the stars right now, so sing along with all your Heart.
Your Heart already knows the way to sing this song of the Universe, and doing it
as often as you can will raise the frequency and keep it there. This is the frequency of pure White Light and the frequency of Love. Not romantic love, just so we are straight on that issue.
You will feel the same love towards some crabby old man down the street as you would towards your lover, this is the Divine in all of us at work. It is the recognisation of each and every one of us being connected, All my relations, a common indigenious peoples saying.
Mitakuyay Oyasin, (spelling) as I have learned it, is said in many ways around the world, means the same, we are all part of this Universe, we are all part of each other, we are the Universe, it is us, we all operate withing the shared Field of Existence. We are eternal, we are the Love.
I do suggest that you sit while doing this listening and vibrating, humming a
familiar hmmm or an ohm in the back of your throat will help. It can be a dizzying experience.
People around the globe are already holding the grid, working to raise it up to a 9th Dimensional level. Not easy, this time on Earth is the thing that we have to see clearly for what it is and work through it. And keep the frequency up.
Bear in mind, if you have a bad day, it is okay. Chill out, relax, sit and sip coffee, but try not to drink too much booze, and do not do drugs to get by. This leaves you kind of sluggy. Takes a while to get back in sync.
Shockingly, I sometimes have the occasional cigarette. What!! You can be enlightened, drink a glass of wine, smoke a cig. But do not overdo these either. These if done
properly, do not really cause you a problem, but will if you overdo. End of lecture.
Admit you are human, embrace it, and stop thinking you have to be a saint to
do this work. Simply love yourself with all of the aspects of your being worthy. Every thing you have experienced to come to this point was for you to come to this point. As hard as it may be,
shine Love on those and that which offered up the trials and lessons to you.
Now as you are fillng your chosen spot with the love frequency, see it going up
into the sky and into the ground around you. Even in a high rise you can do this, just think of it as a laser beam coming out of your body, raising the frequency of anything it goes through as it comes out of your feet and the top of your head, see your Heart as a lighthouse shooting out a beam.
Feel the love emotion, mark your spot and do this as often as you can, then see it still there as you come and go.
We humans are very powerful. If we allow ourselves to be. Give yourself
permission.
