Balancing the LIght and the Dark, it's all about patterns of frequency.

A lot of people who are doing energy work right now are experiencing episodes of light
headedness and fatigue. Off again, on again, fine for a while, but then it creeps back up.

In our busy fast paced world, some of these symptoms may be caused by stress, and over
doing. We all need just that slow boring down time, without any real major things achieved, including trying to be perfect.

Trying to be perfect as pertaining to energy work is often viewed as always being
positive, in the light, and I say good luck to you on that. If that is how you think you must be.

Glossing over, rushing by all the unpleasant aspects of our life here on this planet will only get you into trouble in the long run.

With every thing that is going on right now, you may find yourself exhausted from trying to stay "in the Light".

What will help is learning to balance the aspects of Light and Dark. Believe it or not,
having the Light side of your being balanced with the Dark actually is helpful to manifest
prosperity in your life. How can this be? You may be asking yourself.

Well the awareness of how it is when you have suffered lack, properly balanced with
seeing yourself as having prosperity and then sent as a whole into the Field of Existence and
for the greater good of YOU, and set there and LEFT there without looking back and absolute trust and faith is very powerful.

Learning what it feels like work with both energies at the same time will help you balance yourself, and give you the strength to pry things you may be trying to remove from your own energy field, and learn to recognise the difference between emotions and feelings you retain in regard to the emotions you have experienced and learn to put them into your memory
as a frequency. Our brain operates very much as an organic computer. This is the basis of using feelings to accomplish certain objectives. The Field of Existence can read your feelings.

So the feeling of lack, acknowledge it in your heart, then bring up the feeling of
whatt it feels like to feel secure, seeing a memory, a picture in your mind of sometime that you can recall. Now I am not talking some overkill like seeing yourself driving some fancy car that
costs way too much, or something like that.

But a memory of prosperity and contentment, life lived with your needs met and you were happy and safe. Something that gave you that kind of feeling. Because it is the feeling
of both lack and having that you will draw into your heart as you do this exercise.

First acknowledgement of both sides. Stand or sit hands at your sides.

Traditionally, the left hand is often considered the hand of darkness, but this is terribly unfair to left handed people, and really doesn't matter a wit.This will be your feeling of
darkness, in this case lack. The Light will be your feeling of having, prosperity, safety.

So to start, use your writing hand, the dominant hand as the hand to touch the Light. And the other hand to touch the Dark.

This is a very shortened version of the ancient exercise of balancing the Pillars of
Light and Dark, which I have always found extremely tedious to do.

Whereever you are, standing or sitting, see a column of Dark( black ) energy on one side of you. And a column of Light(white) energy on the other side.

Reach out to your sides with both hands simultaneously and touch the columns.

Draw both Light and Dark into your hands in equal amounts. Remember you always have control..Energy goes where the mind shows.

As you have drawn, put your hands close together in front of you the height of your Heart. Allow the energies to form a ball, swirling over and around each other. Allow them to
begin to blend as you lift the ball over your head. As they merge, they will become Grey, or Gray. Remember Gandalf the Grey?

Now leave the ball there over your head for a few minutes, one or two if you are tired. The blending of the Light and Dark is only the breaking up of the charged particles chasing each other without actually truly becoming part of the same frequency.

Now lower your hands and reach each one out to the column next to it and see the
Light and the Dark as streams of energy flowing to it's place in the column. Bend down and put your hands flat on the ground to Ground yourself. This allows any residual to leave your own
energy field. Stand up and shake your hands.

Acknowledging and learning to use the forms of what is the force behind the dance of this Universe is a basic part of not allowing yourself to be overwhelmed by either one.

Granted seeing yourself surrounded by White Light is helpful and a lot of people are often confused by thinking they need to have this and not the Dark. And messing around way too much with only the Dark will really put you in a bad way also.

In between the two polarities lies reality. And all of the light spectrum broken into it's various waves, and each of those waves has a vibration with a sound to it. We humans can't see the sound when we are looking at light frequencies. Too bad, but the best we can do is listen to a tuning fork in a certain pitch and utilize that for certain healing purposes.

I will go into that at a later date. For now let's view emotions as Light or Dark.
Dark ones tend to be heavier, the emotional quality is dense energetically. And it can quite literally "stick" in the part of your energy field known as the emotional body. And after a length of time cause the physical body to develop a "dis-ease" there. A lack of ease, sickness, illness, I think you will get the point.

So to keep avoiding the dark in your field is to invite problems. Like a bump in a rug that you smooth over and it pops up somewhere else. Dark emotinal is like a sludge, unless it can be lifted out and translated into a frequency that you can transmit out.

Light happy emotions are higher frequency, they seem to translate quickly into
a easy to use pattern almost immediately for most people. Try looking in your memory for a happy time and the feelings your had when it occured. Not too hard for most people, the feeling is there stored ready to find.

Oh, and here I come to the part you are most likely sick of, homework.

Working through what this dark is all about facing it, allowing those emotions to work themselves out to the point of close examination, then carefully looking. Who else was involved? Did you see an agreement made between your souls to enact this before you both got here? By this I mean on the soul level, and what was the lesson learned?

Next is letting it go, but first you have to look at it again and again until you see both the agreement, the things you learned from the hard part, and this means literally how has this increased your growth and your overall ability to see a larger picture of yourself.

This can be painful, and not allowing to the pain to work it's way out is not getting anywhere. Avoidance will only give the dark emotion more denseness and it will cause problems for you.

You often just have to scream, cry, write a letter, tell someone what has happened to you, let it out, then express the gratitude to the other person, or experience in the past for how you have finally come to see the growth in it. Keep on until you can do this.

For when you can do this, you have turned in your homework assignment.

And you can allow it to burn itself out through the "High Heart" or Thymus gland.
Which is the energetic equivalent of an incinerator. You will still have a memory of it in your data base. Your brain's data base. In a coded format, a frequency. A feeling is a coded frequency.

Learning to balance the combined energies in this last exercise and releasing them will over time give you a tool to dig into any dark emotional energies you may harbor.

Now emotions can be viewed in a analytical manner so that the feelings of how you felt about something can be expressed in a clear manner. Good or bad, the memories of those feelings can be put to use. This is a frequency, the Field of Existence will recognise this. A feeling is a frequency, a emotion expressed is a feeling in the raw stage, but will not work as well. Due to the unpatterned nature of emotions. Like ore of a precious metal, extracted it is pure, still in the state of needing to be extracted there are a lot of mixed minerals there, no true frequency patterns that are readable. Too garbled, too much, unpatterned waves, uneven would be a more apt description.

It takes a lot of energy out of you to keep trying to put out the Light energy.
You will be tired as you are unbalancing yourself. Putting it out and just using it to surround yourself for safety are not the same thing.

Set the intent with feelings of balance, bring up the fear first, then let it blend with the happy one you see. Out through the Heart as in putting it out there, see the pattern of frequency set. A morphgenic field of reality that will happen. Walk away from it and don't think about it anymore. Put it on the back burner to simmer, so to speak. With faith as the heat.

Just watch for signs of what you need coming to you along the way, and find other things to do. Make a morphogenic field of a content life around you, cultivate enjoyment of
all things within your life already.

If you are anchoring part of the grid, and are feeling worn out, then just do the balance of Light and Dark exercise, and as you have your hands on the floor or ground, just see your part of the grid hammered in like a giant nail, with a beam like a search light shooting up past your view into the sky, shake your hands and walk off to do something else. Have some good soup, read a book, go for a walk and enjoy life! You can feel it working, check in on it in a couple of weeks, have faith - it's doing it's job.
