Shaping up your conciousness

     Hello,  I have taken a wee bit of a vacation, finding some peace in gardening, enjoyment in meeting new people, being tenative in re-establishing relationships within my family with those who really didn't like my

stepping out of my accustomed persona they had me boxed up in.

     I finally got to the end of my emotional clearing with one family member, and the last step in the Formula of Compassion.  Others are being worked but quietly, the last was the worst, and the most necessary.

      By doing this, layers are lifted from one's energy fields, and the dense energy is burned off by the thymus

gland.  This allows the frequency of your atomic particles to move at a higher rate of speed, both in the fields, and the denser slower moving portion that looks to you as if it is , it is called your body.  What you think of as you.  At least in this life.

      This has allowed me to move into my most important role, right now which is frequency keeper.

         One of millions on this planet.  Why all of us are here, for these last minutes of living 3D.  As things may seem grim, just remember, all of you agreed to this.  What is going on around you, if you kick your lazy

consiousness in the behind,  you will begin to remember why.  The end of everyone's homework and graduation.

         Which will be what you will it to be.  Understand?  All of us here on this planet, well all of us except for

ones who are here in hiding, and their puppets.  The reptilians and their servants the Global Elite are on the other team.  But there is a reason for this also.

              Polarity integration people.  We can't just be lighter and light to survive this, we have to learn to integrate our darkest parts into balance with our lighter frequency.  Why, because it give's us the muscle to

create the world we want to come into.  We are creator beings, the Field of Existence, all the old races who have come before, the Golden Ones who are the first of the Divine, they are all coming to our graduation

party.  They have been waiting for us to get here for a long, long time.

             So okay, lets do some exercises, let's get shaped up and clean-up our house for the party. Let's fit into our graduation gowns here.  Things seem grim, the economy seems to be in a stink hole, people are feeling down and desparate.  But that is why a whole lot of us are here.  Not human souls at all, but incarnated into a human body.  Hello, that is what a starseed is!!!    We have human families, we have absorbed the culture of Earth.  What else have we done to be ready to maintain a higher frequency?

               HOMEWORK> did you get done?  It seems to keep coming, but if you understand why and how to get into it, then you eventually get the BIG PICTURE.  And you never stop seeing it.

                 My energetic family is on Nibiru.  I know that now.  I also know I am not really able to separate myself from my human family either.  I came with amnesia, followed by a series of events that slowly set my

inate abilities into operating mode.

                I have experienced the joys and the sorrows of human existence.  I have found peace in the living in the moment of doing the most boring of everyday chores, and delight in caring for the little creatures who share my life.  I have never had the chance to live with creatures from another planet.  It has been lovely to get to know birds, reptiles, mammals, fish, plants.

                  Where I have lived,   all those genes are kept safe, but due to the space limitations of how I and my family lived, we can't keep "pets" as you humans call them.

                    I have actually found myself on Earth only twice before, this I have learned from regression.

Once in feudal Japan,  then a hundred years later in Scotland.  Both times I was not here long.  So I jumped at the chance to come back for the party. 

                      I have been parted from my family almost 60 years, but have found my energetic brother.

I have been so happy to have him close.  He is not aware, but then again there is the homework factor,

but I feel things will be made clear to him at the end of this year.

                       So now on the things I have given you to work on.  These energy exercises, done fairly regularly will strengthen your conciousness, mediation will give it an ability to learn how to clear the mind of any clutter.  However meditation in of itself is not effective for what I am asking you to practice.

                     I want you to practice with the pendulum at first, in the way I described, to keep on finding out what is true and what is not true in what you may hear on the news media.

                      I also want you to work on your energy shield, and shielding your house.  I want you to

use the moving of energy up and down your chakra's and then into your hands, I want you to do the Middle Pillar balancing, then re-combine the energy back into your bodies, releasing it into the Earth.  Ground it with your palms on the ground itself as a ball of energy.  And as you do, I want you to learn to do something more.

                     I want you to see, to know, and feel that where you have released the energy has been freed of toxins.  All evironmental toxins in the soil, water and air are being transmuted.  Transmutation is where we are headed.  Just make it so when you let go of that energy ball from your hands, and know it is done.

                      Work on this weekly.  Work on your dowsing, this will be hard, but it is moving your conciousness into shape.  If your head aches, then you are doing it right! 

                     I feel that if you are reading this blog at all, then you are one of many on this planet that understands that if you know you can do things outside of what is considered the Newtonian limitations, which means if you only believe that certain things are possible because you can see them, and if you can't see other things being done, therefore they must not be possible.

                    An awoken conciousness, and a fit conciousness knows there are NO LIMITATIONS to what the mind can do.  We are creators in our own right. But what does hinder is FEAR, and allowing your mind to think itself limited.  Do not get stuck in either one of those situations.

                      Many of the Golden ones who have come here over the years to insert certain energetic

knowledge into the human stream of conciousness to move us along.  The one known as Buddha,

and the one known as Jesus, who actually was Joshua bin David, both actually have come from somewhere else in the Universe.  Sanada, and Sanat Kamara, are father and son from another star system, and they were waited for by those who know the truth of this world. They rejoiced when Sanada came into being here as Joshua bin David.  He and his father had been with those who were from Sirius B at the devastating end

of that world in a nuclear war that destroyed it.  They have taken a vow to never let that happen again.

                    And those who knew, also knew it would be an hard battle, as the Reptilian and Elite contingent would do everything they could to change the message of what was inserted into the conciousness of humankind.  Oh it is still there, but they subjected humans to persecutions, slavery, feudalism, shut humans off from learning the truth and the beauty of what they truly are.  Even now, they have found more ways to create fear, and distract humans with silly toys, like fancy cell phones, and so on.  To try and do what a friend of mine calls "dumbing down the populace."  To enslave them with poverty, to break humans down and make them hopeless.

                     Not going to happen,  there are enough frequency keepers from elsewhere, here by stealth, who like me have been moving into place.  So do that homework and let's get ready to party.
