Living in the Heart - an introduction to homework
Oh this sounds so easy doesn't it?
Living in the Heart, but how in the face of all that comes at us on a daily basis do we stay in the heart?
Not so easy. But doable, if you keep mindfulness as part of your emotional and logical thought process. But it does means doing some re-training of your ego.
Now, as I mentioned before our egos do have a function, to look out for these slowly
moving molecular biological forms that we call our bodies. Our vehicles.
The most difficult part of balancing our experiences here on this lovely planet is learning to
stay grounded and focused on running the activities of our body, which has also a set of programs called intellect, and emotions for allowing us to interact with everyone else doing the same thing.
Where it gets really confusing is the fact that most of us remember zilch about who the hell we are each time we come here. So in turn, the safety feature called ego has taken on more of the job of creating a personality for us to present ourselves to everyone else, who in turn does the same.
Where in fact, the heart has a function, besides pumping blood, it is the center of recognising our true selves, and our true energetic connection to everyone else, and by that I mean not just humans, but animals, plants, rocks, water, air, anything that is here and is holding a form of dense slowly moving molecular energy into a shape of some sort. And beyond that
life from elsewhere. I mean not from here, or maybe from here, but we just cannot see it - yet.
So in my next set, I am going to try to give you ideas for being mindful, and allowing things to settle and work through in the heart chakra. Mulling over things at first, shining a light on
the hows and the whats and coming up with some kinds of conclusions for living and dealing with
others on the heart level.
This will not be an easy task, either for me or you. There are various religious forms of
compassion, but often I find they have been corrupted by ego, a controlling upper group of
dogmatic conforming guidelines and those who rule others through them, ie most conventional
religions. A my way or the highway to hell sort of take on compassion.
I have tried to keep my own faith out of these excercises for a reason. As a starseed, I am here to teach, simple energetic exercises, not get caught up in telling people how to believe, but to show by examples how to interact with the energy. And I believe very strongly that this is a FREE WILL UNIVERSE. You choose where you will end up, and how you will interact with others on this world, and with others from somewhere else. And whether you choose to interact and believe that you are part of something connected. No one else can do this homework for you. Only you.
To get to that point, there is a lot of homework involved. I sit here and my guides yak at me about this or that. Sometimes faster than I can write. And this is not channeling, this is them sitting off to one side and talking to me in my right ear. I listen and try very hard to grasp the essense of what they are telling and then I try to put it down in a format. They make suggestions, I change something, but they often leave it to me to get it down, misspellings here and there and all. I find they are chuckling when I go back and find a word I spelled wrong.
My homework. They told me that the word homework is something people relate to, due to the nature of our educational system here in this country. Lessons away from the classroom, as they put it. When you in the classroom, you are supposed to follow the teacher, when you are by yourself, you are on your own, what do you remember from school?
At this point , they find our schools extremely interesting, as it is all ego based. Does the ego do well get an A, or does the ego turn to making itself interesting to all the other egos by other means? And the use of our alphabet for showing how well behaved the ego is in society just gives them fits of humor. I can't quite describe how their humor is, you would have to experience it. But they are not from around here is all I can say about them. We are like
funny little children to them, and they seem to love us.
So as I go on, I will toss in homework, consider it extra credit, and you will be the one grading it. Your homework. I have my own.
