Breathing in the Universe
This is a Qi Gong exercise, and is probably simplest of any energy exercise one can do.
Standing, sitting, just calm yourself and think, the Universe and I are one.
Use your elbows to move your arms, out to the side and back to the solar plexus.
As you breathe out, see any negativity shoot out like smoke or dirty water, and move out
your arms as you do.
Breathe in a slow deep breath and move your arms back to the center, with your hands
cupped as if gathering energy, because that is exactly what you are doing. Right into your
middle. As if collecting a ball of light.
Breathe out breathe in and repeat. Focus on the movement, and the energy
coming in and do this for as long as you want. It is a good recharge, a good clearing out of
anything you want to leave your own energy field. Emotions, physical ailments.
Do this daily for a week, and see how you feel.
