Allowing what you desire to come about, and learning to trust the field of existence in the process
Since my guides always are telling that we come here with things that we wish to learn, and we don't remember them, when I am undergoing some learning experience, with much moaning and groaning and dragging of the feet, I swear I don't remember saying I wanted to do it.
But I have learned to trust them, and they have taught me to learn to trust my own intuition and the whole pyschic process. And when they have nudged me to go forth and learn this or that over the years, I have, sometimes not sure why, but I eventually get it.
So I have learned a lot, and found myself capable of some things other people, unless they are also so inclined, find either amazing or think me strange. All of it easily learned by anyone.
Energy healing is one thing, Reiki, Huna, along with classes in some of the so called alternative healing arts, like Polarity, Thai massage, accupressure, to name a few.
I found Polarity alarmingly reversed from how my usual energy flows, head to toes, worked, then after practicing the exercises and being worked on, there were times I felt like my head and my feet were both just volcanoes of energetic eruptions. I had to take a hand and manage the flows with basic Qi Quong exercises, then ground myself out by touching my hands to the Earth. Either Tai Chi, or Qi Quong are good for working the channels and keeping the
meridians open and maintaining a sense of well being.
Thai massage was another that had me absolutely buzzing at night. I had a long six week course in Thai massage, it was pretty rigorous and physical, and I was scrambling to keep up.
Somehow I did, just barely, and having it done to me, and doing it to others in my class left me pooped out. I was 51, and wondering if going back to school again was a very smart idea. But I hung in there. At night I would lay down and just buzz. So I would then either do the two
energy practices I mentioned, or yoga to tone me down.
What I was finding was a huge contact with the field of existence and because I was already a Reiki Master in several different traditions, the flood gates had opened up and were overflowing.
However, after I got a handle on learning to relax, and learning to either amp it up or damp it down, it was fun.
It also gave me a punch with I needed to work some magick. Now when I spell with a k at the end, this is what all of us who are magickal people do. To differentiate from stage magic.
Our kind of magick is to make a change, abuses do occur sometimes, but there are consequences for overriding anothers free will, or causing harm. There always are. Everything you do is noted, believe me. IF you do dark things, then you will be marked as dark and dealt with when you leave here. I do not believe in hell, but I do believe there is a dark place for dark souls, so examine your motives well before you wish harm, or do harm.
Ethics are important, huge to be honest. But if you go into what I call an asking, or setting a spell, then you are interfacing and asking/telling what it is you want or need, and you must be so open hearted with the field, that what you want will happen.
But maybe not exactly the way you expect it. So you do your thing, and here I leave it up to you, but when you do, show in your heart and mind what it is you need or want, then put it away. To dwell on it often has the effect of giving a negative self doubting energy to your
request. And it will not happen generally.
So do it and put it on the back burner, then be open, and trust the field/spirit to bring it about. Sometimes it can be just the most fun you'll ever have.
While waiting, show yourself some love. I often find things I love to read,water plants, or read about plants, orlisten to or play music. I will sit and do Reflexology on myself, either my feet or my hands with a little Reiki zing tossed in while I work the points. Heck, two of my books I asked the field to find for me, point me in the right place, a used book place and there they were about Reflexology.
I have thought in perfect clarity a picture of a wool vintage Pendleton jacket that I wanted and it came, but I had to leave town, be in another city, and listen to my guides tell me that I needed to go down that aisle and there it was, for $7 bucks, my size exactly.
I have gotten lots of old vintage clothes that way, all I do is put up a picture on my mind's bulletin board. My life has been like that. I have made my share of mistakes too. Boyfriends who were not good for me, and I chalked it all up to homework, loneliness, and inexperience.
So as you go, you end up learning about many things, primarily yourself. And not to blame others or yourself. It is all the process by which you arrive at this relationship between yourself and the field of existence. Or call it what you will, we are talking about the same thing.
I finally learned to trust. And I also learned that often, no matter how hard, you have to just love your family members, be there for them, but hands off the homework. So hard with your own kids. I think I was blocked out from really knowing what was going on with my son untill it was too late. Not going to wallow in the aftermath, but he had choices there too, and maybe it was his to leave, however, I do know that he had to go back to school after he killed himself and left to go back to the other side. I know this because I traveled there and found him.
And he comes back to visit me, in my dreams, he is very happy now and at peace. The other side is the most perfect and beautiful place I have ever seen. This was in answer to my asking to see it.
I have absolute trust. I find having that faith and trust with the field, no matter what you want to call it develops this relationship with alot of love involved. You come to trust it and yourself to bring good things into your life, help you when you need it, and as long as you act in accordance, which is to take actions to move things along, you will never doubt your faith in the field. And develop your own personal relationship.
The trick is to just not be too dogmatic, or get too caught up in the way of inflexable thought. This is when you begin to think, or someone tells you, that this is the only right way.
There are many ways, many roads to the same point.
I choose Wicca because it was me. I love the close to the Earth relationship, the full moon sabbats, the agricultural based holy days. The celebration of the Earth's seasons, the loving of the Goddess and the God(aspects given by the field, feminine and masculine, just like us, or our parents), this based on growth, creation of life, and I love to be a solitary without being rigid in what I practice. But not everyone would feel this way, so they find their own ways.
Always stay open, but respect others for wherever they are. All things are valid, this is one really full universe and there is a lot going on, especially now. Humans vary in their rate of coming to a realization, maybe not in this lifetime, but then again who knows? So, as this too has been part of my homework, I have come to accept this as truth.
Keeping an open heart, and a willing body and trusting mind will allow you to begin to
raise your frequency. Working through all the things that get set on your emotional desk to finish up and write a short essay on is essential. What did you learn, do you see how the value of the lesson has opened up your view?
None of us are ever going to lead this pristine serene life. Now is not the time to run and
hide out in a monastery for peace of mind. We have to find and use the tools that were left us to work with everyday life. They are all around us.
The ancients left bits and pieces of old knowledge all over this planet. The internet is here for a reason, to use it for learning. I think the ancients knew that at one point in the awakening of human kind, many couldn't simply pick up and go traveling in search of knowledge, so there had to be a means to access it for the individual to learn.
Once I said that the technology has developed to become external, but at one time and in other parts of the Universe it is internal. Older races can access knowledge with their minds, by linking with others. We still have to get to the point where we can link. To know that we are all one, but also individuals with out fear of coming together to create, to learn, to take the step we need to when the time comes.
So start with asking, show what you want, without fear of not getting it, and then trust.
It is the most basic thing you can do in beginning to learn to manefest. Magick at it's basic level. Think about what all humankind could do if they really had to.
I truly believe that out of need, someday we will learn to be so much more.
So tonight, before sleep, or some night before sleep. Start with your crown chakra, and close your eyes, feel the energy flowing in, allow it to flow like honey through all your chakras, then reverse at your feet and flow back up. See it as a golden honey light, warm, sweet, healing.
Give some time in your heart on the way back up and see it glowing, tell the field/Spirit you love it. Then ask for a dream, a dream of your future, or a sign of something that shows you that it understands you want to interact. A flower, a color that repeats itself, you decide. I got to see roses a lot one month. I still adore roses because of this, it was one reason I had a rose with wings within a heart tatooed on my arm where I can see it daily. To remind me.
If you do dream, try to come away with any thing that stands out. I dream a lot. But not all dreams are the kind you remember. So ask to view whatever it may be that is important to you to have in your future.
