Trying to make sense of it all

       Some of the violence lately seems to be isolated incidents at first.  But I am pretty sure that if there were more in depth investagations they would find commonality between all of the persons who seem to choose to  use violence in this manner.

       The methods of making a person into a murderer consists of what I said before, no matter how you want to call it, brainwashing.  Can even be on the internet.  But the main intent is make these people into people with a them vs. us, or in single selected cases, me against them. "Them" being
every one who seems to have more than the person who does the shooting, or are involved in activities the shooter has issues with. No matter how seemly normal they look, they have been shaped into a terrorist.

        I suppose this may not make sense now, but down the road it will. 

         People trying to make sense of the how and the why are in a hard place to do so. Protection for ones own self and family is the only thing you can do right now, and I am not talking carrying a gun.

         Try to really hone skills of intuition, and boots on the ground discernment.  Discernment is
following those inate feelings all humans have.  If it feels off, then it is.  Trust yourself

         It may be a long buried instinct, but as a starting point, good to pull up and begin operating on.

        This is a hard one to always have provable results.  And you certainly don't want to become so paranoid that you never want to go out into public ever again.

         So try this. Go to a public place, and before you go into the crowd, ask yourself if it feels safe.
Take a moment, and do not attach yourself to any outcome.  Feel, not think, for physical effects.
How does your stomach feel?  How does your throat feel?  Any flutters, off feelings.  Throat tight?
Stomach not producing a little bit of acid feeling? And do this periodically as you move around.

         The difference between someone who suffers from a phobic fear of crowded places is how you feel before you go in, and how you feel after you get into a crowd.  Often severely phobic people actually are severely sensitive empaths, who are not shielded, don't know they are empathic, or anything else about what is a genuine human condition. Some are so bad, they can't leave their house.

         I am a emotional and physical medium.  I never really could put a name to what my abilities are
untill lately.  I can feel people, happy or pissy, or makes the hair stand up on the back of my neck without even looking at them.  Have learned to strengthen and shield my energy field.  So I can tolerate crowds.  But give me a family member, lousy pissy mood, know it when I walk in the door.
Makes me a little unsure of how to approach them at times.  But that is another story.

       The physical part is usually more interesting for me.  I dowse, for water, lost things, metals.
This is with rods, I get a hit, I feel it, the rods move to point out what it is, then I take one and let it spin to tell me how deep, good or not good, etc.

        You can use your body as a dowsing rod.  By reading your own physical sensations, but you have to be really aware, mindful of changes. This requires not being distracted. 

          So much out there to be distracted by, our whole world as far as this country goes is out of the body, away from our senses , out of touch and not paying attention to ourselves.  The outer technology is consuming all of us.  I say this while using a computer, but this is true.  You can use it wisely, but out of control is predominant everywhere you look. People on phones, playing games, to the point it has become an almost national addiction. And a serious health concern.

            Some postings back, I wrote of the inner technology we are all supposed to begin using.
Start by paying attention to  what your body sensations are telling you when you are walking into a crowded place.  This is a baby step to the inner technology, but unbelievably important.

           Because somewhere in that crowd, or even walking right towards you can be someone who has lost all control over their own destiny to others.  Others whose main goal is to create fear , by any means possible, and who do not care who they hurt or kill.

          So work on it and start now.  Take up simple dowsing with a pendulum, ask it questions, check your results if that will convince you.  Let your body become your foot in the door. Lots of books on
using a pendulum.

            There is no other way to get going on looking out for yourself when you are out somewhere.

              Let go of some of your cell phone time.  Use it for what it was intended for, not to keep you entertained, and out of touch but for calling here and there when important, like AAA or to say you'll be a little late. Before it really is too late.
