This lonely old Heart Chakra needs some work and love.

Now the last two lessons I posted, I wrote of learning to interface with the Field of Extistence, and also of getting Ego under control to learn to let things go. And I also talked of my guides. So I was kind of busy the last couple of days, and also a bit under the weather, made for not really wanting to listen to them. Well guess what, early this morning I get this wake up call reminding me at about two thirty am to not forget about the blog. I sound like a crazy person, because we have been made to feel that crazy people hear voices. Sadly, this often is not the case. You may actually be hearing your guides trying to reach you. If it is on the right side of your head, outside your head, then it is the guides. Well enough on that subject, we are going to wade into some difficult waters here with forgiving, letting go and overcoming the ego to do so, then using the heart chakra to release the emotionally dense energy from your energy system. ...

Living in the Heart - an introduction to homework

Oh this sounds so easy doesn't it? Living in the Heart, but how in the face of all that comes at us on a daily basis do we stay in the heart? Not so easy. But doable, if you keep mindfulness as part of your emotional and logical thought process. But it does means doing some re-training of your ego. Now, as I mentioned before our egos do have a function, to look out for these slowly moving molecular biological forms that we call our bodies. Our vehicles. The most difficult part of balancing our experiences here on this lovely planet is learning to stay grounded and focused on running the activities of our body, which has also a set of programs called intellect, and emotions for allowing us to interact with everyone else doing the same thing. Where it gets really confusing is the fact that most of us remember zilch about who the hell we are each time we come here. So in turn, the safety feature called ego has taken on more of the job of creating a ...
Well, due to being more into and needing a small break, I put off posting yesterday. Instead, I did my chores, and went into the nearby town of Jacksonville to just walk around in the sunshine with a friend, and then afterwards deployed ourselves to one of the in town coffee houses for a cuppa joe. I think both of us just found lolly gagging in the sunshine a good charge up. And I think most humans notice when they have been deprived of the sun how when it does come out in the winter and warms up the day, people are out in droves. Humans need sunshine, it seems to cheer their spirits, uplift and energise them like nothing else can. Not to mention the Vit. D effect. Now the medical establishment is saying more and more Vitamin D is needed by the body for immunity, mental health, joint health, all around general well being, and in larger amounts than previously thought. Today, I would like to try to establish a way for a pers...

Energy homework

It is just a gloomy Monday morning, but as always, I look outside and see some sun appearing in the afternoon, the clouds will part and I can enjoy an afternoon filled with pruning, planting peas, and bulbs. I would like to give an example of how you can use the last exercise to experience some results of learning to move energy and giving energy. It is a good time of year for it if you are a gardener, and if not , hopefully you are a person who has more than one houseplant. But to cut to the chase, either start seeds of let's say lettuce, easy to come by, or tomatoes, or if not into veggies, then two spider plants, etc. Not into WATERING you say, fine make it two small cactus, but make them the same kind. Just don't jab yourself in the hands everytime you do this exercise!! Now go through the grounding, raising and allowing the energy shower steps and then bring the energy out through the chakras in the hands. Stand in front of the chosen plant subjects, and choose only one of...

An energy shower

Today is a combination of a Reiki exercise, and Qi Gong. This can be done standing or sitting, and inside or out. First ground and center as per the last exercise. Put your cords down into the Earth, through the floor, don't overthink this one if inside, just know they are able to move through any solid object. Outside, just let them move down. Then bring the Earth energy up, slowly into the lower three Chakras, circling three times in each spot. Stay it in the Stomach Chakra for a bit. Eyes closed, feel the field of existence all around you. At this point, you can call it whatever you want, the Universe, Spirit, Great Spirit, Akasha, etc. I think you get my drift. Tell yourself you are part of the Universe, or the Field and it is part of you, you are combined, you are flowing in harmony, you are interfacing. Hands in front of heart, fingertips touching, but not thumbs or palms, reach up over your head. Remember when I sai...

Learning the internal technology

As I have mentioned, technology has become such a part of our life, that we seem to be run by it. Handy as it may be, I wonder if we have gone down the wrong path. Now, I want to put out there that we are possibly externalizing the technology we should have learned to use internally a very long time ago. Mull on this, are humans capable of so much more? Why do we have such a large area of our brain that we don't seem to be using? What is it for? Just some food for thought.

Connecting with the Earth energy and twining the forces together

Well, after a week of cleaning kitchen cupboards, and today shampooing the carpet, I am happy to be able to post again. I am aiming for Fridays, unless something comes up. Tuesday was Imbolc. Groundhog day, ever wonder why that day seems to have been chosen as the day we look for spring. It was the fact that there was a discernable lengthening of daylight that the ancient people percieved that began right about this time of year. Not yet spring, but the daylight was going a bit more, occasionally some sun too. The Earth starts her shifting in her angle towards the Sun as she travels around old Sol. Ever so slightly. Winter is still with us, but the increased length of daylight makes us ever so wishful for Spring. Lambs are born, calves are born, birds become more active, chittering about, scratching for remnants of seeds, hiden insects that made it thru the cold months, life stirs out of it's stupor. So today we learn to draw up the life force ...
