Well, due to being more into and needing a small break, I put off posting yesterday.
Instead, I did my chores, and went into the nearby town of Jacksonville to just walk around in the sunshine with a friend, and then afterwards deployed ourselves to one of the
in town coffee houses for a cuppa joe.
I think both of us just found lolly gagging in the sunshine a good charge up.
And I think most humans notice when they have been deprived of the sun how when
it does come out in the winter and warms up the day, people are out in droves. Humans need sunshine, it seems to cheer their spirits, uplift and energise them like nothing else can.
Not to mention the Vit. D effect. Now the medical establishment is saying more and more Vitamin D is needed by the body for immunity, mental health, joint health, all around
general well being, and in larger amounts than previously thought.
Today, I would like to try to establish a way for a person to shield themselves in a
way with energy that will eventually become a process that is instantaneous.
Taking the various bodies of the field, and making a energy wrap about the physical body
can be time consuming, but for this practice we will just use all of them at once and then learn a trigger that can be a word, a point on the hand or wrist, or a motion that will become associated with shielding. This will be a tool in times when one is uncertain of a unknown neighborhood,
people who may be a possible threat, a very critical time in Earths progress and a shifting of
electromagnetic fields upon the Earth.
Shielding quickly and at the same time grounded just as quickly will help you to maintain your orientation in such an event.
So let us start with grounding and centering, energy cords down in the Earth, pulling up the energy through the three lower chakras, and at the same time allow the crown chakra to
pull down as a rain fall energy into itself, and circulating it down through the forehead, throat
and heart.
In the solar plexus under the rib cage, as they meet, and twine and circulate, quickly
pull them up into the Heart chakra then flow out the arms and out the hand chakras as if the energy was as focused as two flashlights.
Now for the sake of training your subconcious to do this instantaneously, pick a point either on your palms, or on top of the or wrist to push or tap once and use it from now on in this
exercise.
Having done so, take your hands, sweep one up in front of your face to the top of your
head, and the other down your torso, if you must bend your knees slightly to push the energy down, now turn with the hands flowing the energy out and make a complete turn.
As you do this, see the energy wrapping around you like a blanket.
Then take both hands and moving your arms up over your head, sweep them over
each other at the crown of your head and down to your sides.
See the energy all around you about two feet from your body. Remember when shielding you do not need to be expanded at this point, this is known as armoring. Later we will learn warding off, a defensive move with energy.
This can be done inside, best done standing, but sitting in a chair or even lying down
will be possible once you have the trigger established. And if you must be sitting then do so, simply learn as you move your hands, to move them sideways also and see the energy wrap around your body.
Once you feel comfortable with the trigger initiation, then begin to press your trigger, and see every happen at once and in a mili second.
And I mean everything, energy cords into the Earth, the energy flow into the crown
the combined energy coming together and flowing out your hands, the wrapping around you of the energy blanket.
You must get to the point of simply pressing your trigger and knowing you are protected.
This will come with practice, once you feel comfortable with the exercise, you will no longer have to move your hands, or turn your body, just press the trigger.
Remember energy goes where the mind shows.
This may save your life at one point, I am very serious here.
Teach the mind the trigger, make it a reflex then know you are shielded, see and feel the shield.
I once learned a similar technique from a lady to unobtrusively overcome the ego and expand the upper chakras for use in intuition. It involved tapping the palm of the hand.
Now I have to say that it was extremely handy. However I later learned from someone else a technique for kicking in the lower chakras along with the upper ones. This was for grounding and centering. Being grounded in a tough situation is very important.
So is putting aside the ego. The ego has a function, as far as watching out for the body, which is our vehicle while we are here, but in todays culture, ego has gotten far too involved in things that go way beyond taking care of the body and the flight or fight mechanism.
Ego has become vain, can be overly concerned with controlling it's surroundings,and other people. Yes, fitting into society is helpful, but only so far as you can interact to a degree, but also learn to be mindful of what really is.
Learning to push ego into it's place and touch the essence of your own soul becomes
a way to get "above" the world and see the bigger picture. Not an easy task. Opening yourself up to the reality of what is.
Meditating is a good way to help with this, ego is what causes the chatter, or as one of my teacher's calls it, the Babbler.
Controlling the babble by tapping or touching your forehead during meditation or blowing the babbler away with breath, until it gets easier helps.
