Grounding even from the third story

      It could be nasty weather outside. You may live where there is nothing but sidewalks and pavement for miles in any direction. No guarantee of personal safety if you were to stop and try an active meditation.

       So stay safe inside. Remember energy goes where the mind shows.

       To shut off outside noises, you may want to wear headphones, listen to some serene music.
Heavy metal, rap, hip, hop, or hard rock etc. are great if you need to raise your heart rate, but not with this.

        Seat yourself in a comfortable chair, sofa or on the edge of your bed. No shoes and socks, well if it is chilly, then socks. The point is comfort as you go into this.

        Close your eyes. Stay stabilized, so hands bracing you one by each hip if needed.

         Deep slow breathing, in and out the mouth, until you feel centered, settled into position.

        Focus on the soles of your feet. Until they are feeling tingly. All your energy meridians end here.

        Now out of that sensation imagine a braiding of energy into a cord. That cord will begin to grow downward.

         Thru the floor, all the floors between you and the ground. Don't overthink this, simply feel this
Energy stretching down ward. Into the Earth.  When it goes into the Earth you need to focus on the subtle change in feeling from your soles of your feet. It will feel less tingly, more anchored and have a pull to it. Magnetic.

         Start by spending five minutes in simply centering yourself to the magnetic pull of the Earth,
It has a frequency.  You are syncing yourself to what is your bodies natural resonance.

           Feel that resonance permeating, calming, resetting every molecule in your body. The calmness,
The return to full function of all your bodies cells.  Your mind is calm, all the high EMF frequency of
exposure to cell phones, computers, etc. is reset into a slower restorative wave of personal frequency.

          That of the Earth.  Spend at least another five minutes in this space. Then pull yourself back in.

           Breath in deeply, breath out deeply. As you breathe out, draw up those grounding cords
into the soles of your feet.  Breathe in, open your eyes. Raise your hands over your head. Make fists then release them, shake your hands. Stand up slowly, stretch up, settle down into yourself. Then walk slowly to get a drink of water.

         This will flush your system as the cells will be busy removing by products from a activated
system.

             Have a pleasant experience and a mindful day. Be at Peace.
